About
I've never thought of myself as a salesperson. I think of myself as someone who sits in your seat, looks at your business honestly, and figures out what I'd do if it were mine. That instinct is what's driven every deal I've ever closed — and it's exactly how I work with clients now.
I started at eighteen, selling medical education programs to brand managers at Pfizer and AstraZeneca. I had no business being in that room — and I thrived anyway.
From there, telecom. Sixty cold calls a day, learning to read industries, spot opportunity in regulation changes, work smarter than the volume game. Four years in SEO. Then web, then full-service digital — brand strategy, paid media, analytics, technology stacks. Across all of it, I built something most people don't have: a complete picture of how a business generates revenue from first impression to closed deal. I know how all the lanes connect — and where they break down.
For the last decade I led business development at one of Canada's leading digital agencies. I closed complex deals, built long-term client relationships, and got deep into the operations of running an agency — resourcing, margin, profitability, and the trade-offs that determine whether new revenue actually makes the business healthier or just busier.
Now I work with a small number of agency owners at a time — embedded, direct, and focused on what actually moves revenue.
